Fertility Care of Orange County

Who We Are

FERTILITY CARE is a family-owned single-doctor practice headed by C. Terence Lee M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

We are a member of the world-renown Ovation Fertility network, an elite team of physicians and scientists considered by many metrics to be the best in the world.

Dr. Lee completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at UCLA and Cedars Sinai Medical Center. After graduation, he initially joined a large group practice for a year, before leaving to build this practice on his own.

This practice has been continuously open since 1997 and has helped in the conception of over 2900 healthy babies.

In addition to leading this medical practice, Dr. Lee is the primary lecturer on infertility to the medical students at UC-Irvine College of Medicine where he has taught over 2000 students throughout the years. He has received teaching awards and excellent student ratings and remains fully active in his teaching.

Dr. Lee is one of the initial founding members of Ovation Fertility, a multi-center embryology network and think-tank.

Dr. Lee started at Northwestern University as a writing major. He graduated with a degree in Cognitive Psychology – High Honors Phi Beta Kappa.

He then graduated from medical school at UC-Irvine College of Medicine and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society (M#64556).

He completed an Internship and OB/Gyn Residency at UC-Irvine where he was awarded the Resident Teaching Award.

Dr. Lee and his wife are parents to two first-graders, a kindergardener and a newborn.

Dr. Lee and his family spend 15 weeks per year living on a tropical island.  When in California, he works seven days a week. When he and his family are living in Asia, he checks in two hours per day via telemedicine coordinating upcoming cycles. IVF cycles run continuously all year round except for those three predetermined five-week blocks.

Dr. Lee has raised and trained several therapy dogs (German Shepherds and Yorkies).

He speaks Taiwanese, Spanish and Mandarin.
